We require only serious buyers who possess verifiable and valid allocations to submit updated SCOs (Safety Case Overview). This ensures that all parties involved in the transaction are properly vetted and prepared to proceed efficiently.

The CIR (Client Information Sheet) must be completed in full, providing all necessary details regarding the buyer's operational and logistical readiness. This includes confirmation of access to appropriate tank storage facilities, transportation logistics, and compliance with all regulatory standards.

All procedures and documentation requirements are standard and non-negotiable. Only serious buyers with verifiable logistics and financial capability will be considered.
